Bikepacking Gear

What is bikepacking you might ask? Its a cross between backpacking, bicycle touring and mountain biking. Instead of carrying your gear on your back or on bulky racks and panniers you let the bike frame handle the weight. Bags are made to evenly distribute the load across your bike without limiting your maneuverability.

All of our bikepacking gear is made to order, so each bag is customized for your bike and to your specifications. We start by measuring your bike frame and sitting down and discussing your needs and riding style. Materials used in our bags are:

Dimension Polyant VX21 (200D) and VX42 (400) sailcloth. Made up of “X-Pac” grid technology to resist tearing and to add structural integrity. This material is laminated making it waterproof and light weight. Examples of “X-Pac” fabric can be found in many of todays high performance backpacking and climbing gear.

Dyneema Powergrid Cordura. A 500 D fabric that has been woven with Dyneema fiber making it super tough and light. Excellent resistance to abrasion, water and ultraviolet light. This material is quick drying and highly water resisitant.
